Houry EA spent 2 hours on the phone with me investigating a problem with my return and refund status. We got to the bottom of it and have next steps to make. It was like the movie 12 angry men except it was 2 stressed and determined women. Appreciate the direct communication and goal oriented investigation despite my lack of laptop/computer.

Houry prepared a complicated tax amendment for me this year. She was very prompt, nice, and detailed. She was very communicative and explain to me all the specific items we needed to go through

I would go to her again.

I had an outstanding experience working with Ginger from TurboTax this year. From the moment our session began, she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me understand every step of the tax process. She didn't just rush through the forms-- she took the time to explain what each section meant and why it mattered, which made the entire experience feel much less stressful.

Ginger's professionalism stood out, but so did her kindness. She listened carefully to my questions, double-checked details to make sure everything was accurate, and made me feel confident that my return was being handled correctly. It's rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a friendly, reassuring attitude.

Thanks to Ginger, filling my taxes this year was smoother and easier than it's ever been. She truly went above and beyond, and I'm grateful for her help. TurboTax is lucky to have her.
