I hate leaving bad reviews. I just got done calling the store and same person answered the phone as last time. He said he is the assistant manager .
It’s been three or four times now , we picked up with wrong order , wrong order shorting us on wings every time This time we ordered with DoorDash it was a 10 piece they gave us a six piece. Something Is not right. For the past couple of months, they’ve been shorting me And other people I know on their orders. Somethings not right, if I was the owner of this business, I would definitely look into it. They are robbing you!!! . I will call corporate on Monday.This is very sad, because we order frequently.

Most Wingstop that I go to have horrible customer service and a very bad atmosphere and this one used to have that as well, but the new manager Gary is wonderful and the front desk, lady J they both had top-tier customer service and made sure I had everything I needed. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone with kids unlike other locations.

I consistently have a good experience at this Wingstop location. I always place my order online and food is delicious every time. They are very prompt, & I've never had a problem with my order before. Ever since I had a HORRIBLE experience at the Deerfield location, I go out of my way to order from this location and they do not disappoint.

I had to give them a shout out one time cause this the 2nd time this specific wing stop paid attention to special requests and delivered some fire food. Well done wings that were perfectly sauced with some well done fries that were perfectly seasoned and delivered in record time. Y'all boys were the MVP today after a rough day at work. We appreciate y'all and keep up the good work.
