I stopped by today to exchange some pots I bought a couple weeks ago, and Daisy Nunez made the experience amazing. She greeted me right away, helped me around the store, carried my items, and even helped me pick out décor for my home. I mentioned that I wanted to keep things simple because I have a 3-year-old son with autism, and she was so kind and understanding. Her excellent customer service was the reason I ended up buying more than I planned, and I’ll definitely be coming back so she can help me finish decorating my home. She’s truly an asset to your store!

i love this store but the employees are very annoying and will not leave you alone.

they think everyone coming to steal something from the store. but if you are white they will leave you alone.

anyway spend $20 for a cup n make my day sour. never coming back again.

Please ask google to remove store and merchandise photos older than 2023. Since the store moved locations (two levels into one level), the inventory has reduced significantly. Important for patrons to realize this before they plan their trip to the store.

Don’t order anything that ships from this store that is fragile. The people filling orders can’t pack to save their life.

To add, when I called the store, the manager wasn’t the least bit apologetic, rather refuting at each stage that the order wasn’t shipped from their store.
