The food and employees themselves were amazing. The one star is for the upper level management who were there sitting in the corner and felt it was appropriate to reprimand an employee for the entire duration of our dining experience. They were there when we arrived and were still there when we left. Not only could I hear them talking the entire time we were eating but they were sitting right next to the trash where every single customer places their plates, bowls and trash. I worked upper level management and corporate for decades and was appalled. I also found it ironic that both people doing the “review” were telling her to self reflect while doing any self reflection themselves. Regardless of what brought this sit down with the employee, I can assure you that the body language and the way that the discussions were handled you will never get the most from your employee(s). Not to mention that every other employee is watching this as well. I got the feeling that the employee was the shift manager. If that’s the case she will get zero respect from her crew after this. I’m hoping that someone above them sees this and knows that this is the way things are handled locally. Every good management knows you praise publicly and handle other matters privately.

I was the only Hispanic up in this joint i didn't feel uncomfortable but they took forever like 30 mins for my simple salad, ugliest sandwich I was driving thru will diffently recommend somewhere else just not here. Was so much mayo used napkins clean some off.

*Updated: Service has improved, but still no rapid pickup lane. Coffee hasn't had grounds in it for a while, so that's an improvement.* Let's start with their decision to remove the rapid pickup lane. Now I have to wait behind everyone placing their orders, even though I planned ahead and did it online. Then, even on a slow day, it takes FOREVER to get through the line and they nearly ignore you at the window. Finally, they routinely forget items from the order even though they are checked off the receipt. Only reason that I continue going is I got suckered into the annual Sip club membership. Never again.

I've been to that Panera twice, the 1st time I ordered a croissant bacon egg and cheese got home excited to eat it(fyi my mother got one of the bagel stacks which is a big heavy sandwich and they put my delicate croissant sandwich at the bottom so it was flat as a pancake). I thought ok I can live with that but when I unwrapped it there was sausage on it, I do not like sausage at all. I live across town so I wasn't going back I called gave my name so next time I could get a new sandwich. The 2nd time I ordered same sandwich and they're new croissant twists which are amazing. Got home and my sandwich was burnt and the twists were way way over baked they were hard dark and uneatable. So I won't be going back there. Re: the pictures. The first is a picture of what they do look like because I've gotten them at another Panera and they looked like the picture. Then the rest were what I was given the second time. I like Panera but they're kind of hit or miss. I've never written a bad review but.....

I was pleasantly surprised by the taste at Panera Bread. I especially want to highlight their broccoli soup, which is definitely worth trying. Their fresh bread and the sandwiches with avocado and chicken are also just great. However, there are some downsides: sometimes the sandwiches might lack ingredients, and occasionally the tables and floors aren’t very clean, which somewhat spoils the atmosphere.
