The $2 fee to print a label is absurd. You print receipts on that paper and waste so much printing but instead of a seamless drop off you want to charge me just to print the label for a major company who is paying for the shipping. Silly way to gouge people. Thank goodness there's lots of choices in the shipping industry so I don't have to choose brown.

I ordered something with gap and chose UPS pick up point. Will never be doing that again… first they couldn’t find my package with my name/ ID. Then, after finding the package with the tracking number they made me pay $6 to retrieve my package when I did UPS pick up point with the order so it should have been free. The person working was very rude and did not care that the package should have been free to pick up.
