These guys are great! Very professional! I had to wait a good time but there was only 3 guys working and I saw them get slammed with about 20 to 30 customers in like a 5 minute span. They handled it with dignity and professionalism that you don't see often. And to top it all off the head manager or "Boss Man" got up out of bed and came in to help his guys. Great show of teamwork and leadership skills that should be commended. Great job guys!!

The young lady that day. It was storming very hard in centerpoint. She was taking orders, cooking, and taking customers orders to them in the rain. No jacket on. She was very great a very nice attitude with a smile.☺️☺️☺️

Warning ⚠️ ⚠️‼️ Don't ever stop at this crystals on Center, Park Parkway I don't care if your stomach is touching your back your kids are starving and you need a quick place to eat. Please don't stop every time I come to this place. The food is old. I have to ask the management team to remake my order every time I come here. I feel like it's a disservice for me to get food from you guys and you guys just give me anything to ever citizen works very hard for their money and shouldn't have to go through this every time we will come to a business. please do yourself a favor if you ever drive by this crystals and keep going to a restaurant who actually value their customers and cares about their quality of food

Horrible service and the guy was very rude because he got my order wrong and didn’t want to fix it and I told him and he got mad. Slam the damn window too. So rude! Take the place down or hire someone Friendly!!!!! It barely has any chili cheese on my fries!

I ordered two sausage scramblers and they were half full(I paid almost $14.00). I reached out to the manager and informed them about the situation. She stated to either come back or she’ll get my information and I can return another time. I told her I’ll just come back up there. I went back up there and she had already had the food remade and handed to me when I pulled up. The grits were cold, no eggs and the sausage was old. I just threw the food away. This place is a disgrace and needs to be shut down. I wasted $14.00 on old cold food.
