We packed our cube in Dec 2025 and stored it at one of their sites. The deliver to our home of the empty cube went fine. Driver was good about placing it exactly where we wanted it. Billing for 8 months was smooth and efficient. In the ninth month, we asked for the cube to be delivered to the condo we had purchased. Unfortunately, if you are moving into a condo, be careful about going with CubeIt. They refused to deliver the full cube in the morning and then retrieve the empty unit at the end of the day. This created a major problem. Most condos will not allow you to drop the container onsite overnight. I had to find a neutral site, not to far from the condo, where I could have the cube delivered and left for a least one night. CubeIt will allow you to keep it for longer than one night, but it seems that at least overnight is a minimum. We had additional expenses to rent a moving van so that we could move our furniture from the cube offsite, to our condo. This created additional work and costs. The whole idea to getting the cube in the first place was that unlike an actual storage unit (building), we would only need to pack and unpack our belongs once. This went out the window when they refused to drop the unit off in the morning and pick it back up in the evening. Needless to say, the additional effort and expense was unnecessary and soured our initial positive experience with CubeIt.

Our cubeit portable storage came in very handy while doing some home improvements. Good size unit which held both living room, dining room and more. Renovation crew were able to complete work in less time considering they had a clean slate to work with.
I would definitely recommend for anyone going through this process.
Staff very friendly and helpful

Worst company to deal with. If possible I give them negative stars. Beginning, everything went okay but when driver came to pick up container he Damage my property. This happened in January. I am keep contacting them but no compensation provided. Keep telling that, need approval from higher management. It has been two months now but no response yet. When I contact customer service, keep telling to wait till someone will contact you.

Everyone I interacted with was wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. All information (pricing, placement instructions, pick up instructions) was clearly outlined from the first phone call. Each time I called, I spoke to a different person and each one was polite and professional, sharing consistent information. Should I need storage in the future, I will call Cubeit.

My wife and I continue to have great support from the Cubeit team. We are undergoing a major renovation on our home and anyone who has done so know the fluidity of a project. We've had to shuffle our dates a couple of times and the Cubeit team are always understanding and very accommodating. They are a true pleasure to deal with.
