Cant say Im an expert when it comes to Nigerian food, but I can feel the authenticity from this place. Amazing food, amazing fufu, and amazing staff! Already been here twice, definitely coming back again!

If you want a meal that feels like a trip back home, this is it. I came across this place last year and decided to try it, as I was looking for an African restaurant with good food and this one is close to where I live. I was pregnant at the time and oh, I was absolutely obsessed with their okra sauce. I ordered every meal with it, nothing else could hit the spot! Everything is cooked so fresh and you can almost taste the care that went in preparing the meals. Yes, it might be a bit more than your average takeout, but for a true taste of home that's this delicious, it is worth every single penny. I tell all my friends they HAVE to try it. If you're looking for authentic African soul food in Ottawa stop searching and just order or better still you can dine-in.

Ordered white soup and it seemed like water & pepper was added to remnants - you could see through it. I've had similar experience with other products in it past and overlooked it, but couldn't let this slide without a review.

I went there with my friend yesterday to try some Nigerian food. We ordered a few things from the menu but they were all delicious and properly spiced. Will definitely come back here again and recommend the restaurant to anyone who wants to taste Nigerian food!

Flavourful and delicious food, just a bit too oily for my liking. Jollof rice had a good fiery kick. Beef was lean and tender. Chicken was tasty. Plantains were soft and sweet. Coleslaw was nice and tangy. Restaurant looks new. It's brightly lit and clean. Service was pleasant. I got the Ajebutter Chicken and Beef Combos. Looking forward to trying other items, like the Moi Moi.
