Ordered a simple 6inch w/ zéro extras and just took a bottle of water: $18!!! What happened to Subway?! 😭 The bottle of water (small) was $5!!! Subway you have to do better. Otherwise customer service from your staff was really good: they work hard, fast and better than some other places.

Another delay and another free meal on Air Canada, this subway accepts their meal vouchers and since you have to spend it all in one visit, I looked for one of the most expensive sandwiches I could get. The steak and cheese barbecue bourbon 12 inch sub.

Bread and meat starter guy was super friendly, followed by the newer guy who was expecting me to know how the sandwich was made, but I just wanted how they described it and the random fly that kept flying by was there. I watched closely to make sure that little sucker did not land on my sandwich and it went to the other one, thankfully.

The sandwich was good. It could definitely use a bit more meat for the near $20 Canadian. I paid for the sandwich.

Good service but I would appreciate if they put a napkin in the bag when you're ordering takeout.
It's messy eating a sandwich in a moving bus haha.

I’m back in Montreal and decided to stop by Subway today, and I’m so glad I did! I ordered a footlong tuna, and everything was absolutely perfect. The sandwich was fresh, well-prepared, and tasted amazing.
I was helped by a girl wearing a red shirt and glasses, and she was incredibly kind and professional. She paid attention to every detail and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. The customer service truly made the experience even better.
Great food and excellent service — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Staff were friendly and efficient. I ordered my sandwich and it was prepared with the chosen toppings. At the cash, the cost was more than what I had ordered. I was told that the sub ordered was not available, therefore my sub was a different order and more expensive. If so, why is the sub on the menu board and why did they not tell me this when I ordered? They charged me for what I originally ordered. Subway is always delicious and nutticious.
