The lady there was very funny. I put a timer for two minutes cause the lady said she would put my fries in the bag in two minutes and then they got it done in one minute and 30 seconds overall very good restaurant. You should definitely order it very fast and high-quality and the fries were very tasty.

Had to try out the new limited edition Smasher at A and Dub. Honestly it’s worth it and does the job. The special sauce is my favorite part, it’s tangy and goes well with the crunchy white onions. I’ve had smasher burgers in California and over there they serve them all the time, so I’m not sure why it’s a “limited edition” here, they should add it to their menu for good. But that’s not important right now. Try the smasher burgers, they’re nice

For a fast food place, the staff here are 10/10 super friendly and professional no complaints. The prices have increased significantly not sure it’s worth it anymore but these are the times we are dealing with now.

I thought the service was great. Had teenburger & onion rings. This is, IMO, one of the best A&Ws I have been to. Unlike McDonald’s, prices & quality seem to fluctuate from place to place at A&W, which has technically put me off A&Ws in general, but this place gets back to basics, fries are served in metal rack with handle, the food is hot, place is clean, & you feel like you are being served without being disdained, IMO. The old way of having ketchup, salt & pepper & napkins available as self-serve is the best way, IMO. Server has a button that they push to let you in bathroom. This place seemed designed to be customer centred, IMO.

This branch of A&W is great ! We had lunch there it was very good experience. First we met a friendly employees and had a great service 😊
Our meals was fresh hot well presented!
The location is very easy near metro at water 1 minute away from Alexis Nihon Centre commercial.
