I give up on this location.

Yesterday, I got a duo for take out.
Waited over 20 mins while patrons who arrived after me, were served at the tables before i got my duo.

Got home, a BBQ sauce was halfway filled. Fries were luke warm. (I live 2 mins away)

On an other occasion, my double cheese poutine has no cheese and had waited over 30 minutes.
I had complained to the manager in the store and her reaction was, well were busy...

As a take out customer, I don't tip when the interact machine asks me for ridiculous tips.
Maybe that's the issue.

I won't be giving them my business anymore.

First visit, did not receive what we ordered. There was next to no chicken in the wrap.
Gravy was very good, fries were nothing special. For the price I will keep going St Hubert.

Food was exceptional! Staff were very courteous and friendly and although the wait was a bit long the food and presentation were amazing!

Food was cold, changed fries for onion rings and paid the difference to only get 5 onion rings, mayo was really thick, was given gravy and nothing to dip in it, forgot my cherry sauce, then had to go back to get my forgotten drink, wasn't told there was a $2 charge each club for white meat when ordering, was just asked if I wanted white or dark meat. No coleslaw, no pickle was definitely extremely disappointed for the amount of food I got for $50.
