Jason and the team are the best ! The most cleaniest and nicest A&W I've ever been in the Ottawa area that have decoration on all the table? It's beautiful.

Smash burgers were way overhyped, $9 for a regular sandwich is diabolical. It was over-salted and dry. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The one on the left is with double patty, the one on the right is with single/regular patty

Yash was our cashier, and he was truly kind, helpful, and patient throughout the whole order. There were three of us ordering, and he listened carefully and remembered all the details without making us feel rushed. He also gave us coupons, which was such a nice surprise. You can tell he’s really good at what he does: fast, professional, and genuinely caring.

I was pleasantly surprised by the front cash staff, not only did she assist me with the washroom door, she was extremely communicative, calming, checking back in with me to let me know my order was coming in 2 minutes, it had only been like 30 seconds. She was so kind and thoughtful and the ambiance overall was clean and felt nice for a quick fast food stop. Really great service, her name was Marissa!

Lovely restaurant, I've been in other A&W restaurants and I have never seen this beautiful decoration in the tables and of course the service 10/10, Pamela took my order, she was very kind and always with a smile. I'll come with my kids :)
