I called Forterra Pest Control after I discovered termites in my home. The team thoroughly asked all the right questions and explained the treatment, cost, and they were able to come out the next day giving me complete peace of mind. Collin and Parker were incredibly personable and detail-oriented. They walked me through what they were doing, why they were doing it, and after they were all done, they cleaned up all the dust!

Before they left, they even gave my two pups some love and affection.

I highly recommend Forterra Pest Control for all your pest and rodent control and prevention.

As a first-time customer with Forterra, I am extremely happy and deeply appreciative of their service. Hands down, they are the best pest control company I have ever used.

Our rental property had a German roach infestation. Following the initial treatment, they performed weekly follow-up treatments. From the informative phone call and prompt appointment scheduling to the hassle-free service itself, the entire process was seamless. Whenever I had concerns after a treatment, communicating with them was effortless; they listened to my feedback and adjusted the treatment plan accordingly.

The service manager, Mr. Chad Brown, constantly kept me updated on the progress of the treatments. After roughly 2.5 to 3 months of hard work, the German roach activity was fully brought under control and resolved. Now, we are in the maintenance phase.

I am so pleased with their exceptional service, professional communication, and aggressive follow-up. I highly recommend them!

As first-time Forterra customers, we are very pleased with our overall experience. From the initial informative phone call and prompt appointment scheduling to the hassle-free service itself, the entire process was seamless, with proactive communication throughout. Our technician, Allen Sterling, arrived promptly and was both friendly and professional. He was also happy to accommodate my request to leave our house key with a neighbor so they could lock up afterward, which I greatly appreciated. We look forward to our next scheduled service. Thank you, Forterra, for such a positive first experience!

I called Forterra for pest control after reading awesome reviews. Chad did not disappoint, he came out because my new house had an abundance of spiders and wasp and insects and mosquitoes . First treatment was done a week ago and have already seen I huge improvement. I would recommend this company a million times over. Chad was very knowledgeable on insects that were on my property and knew exactly what to do to take care of them.
