I have used Berrett for years because up until recently, they were easy to reach, honest, and reliable. I have had multiple properties on their annual maintenance plan and was very happy for the longest time.

Something must have changed with them in recent months, because every interaction with the them recently has been a complete disaster. Difficult/impossible to get a person live on the phone (they have a terrible AI agent), they are unreliable showing up for confirmed appointments, but by far the worst change has been they have become just like every other HVAC company in aggressively upselling unneeded service and repairs, and being dishonest about things that are actually issues vs not needing repair.

As of this morning, I have cancelled all memberships with Berrett and found a better alternative that does not actively try to take advantage of their customers.

Berrett Home Services was amazing! They were quick and easy to work with. From me being able to call in before 8 AM and speak with their agent Priscilla to my technician Dustin who came out early than expected - which was a treat since my AC was out and the home was feeling unbearable! Thank you all for making it a great experience!

Tiffany's knowledge and persistence to assist me with a full HVAC/Hot Water replacement for my new home. I was profound by her professionalism and respectful nature to be as helpful to retrieve all the answers to my questions and concerns as possible. I applaud her courteous demeanor. Numerous times I had been unable to get on calls due to my job's work policies and never getting back to her afterwards. No grudges, no contempt or shaming, just professionalism with a can do attitude. That's fantastic customer service right there! Pure gold!

Tyler and Fred were great, they did quick work installing my new UV light in my system to help indoor air quality. The work looked neat and professional and the techs were personable and friendly. Will definitely use Berrett for all my HVAC and plumbing needs! Highly recommend!!!
