Who's the manager at this location? Everytime I go in I feel discriminated. I'm always unacknowledged when picking up an order. Every. Single. Time. Does anyone else experience this??

I am in town for a soccer tournament.I travel a lot and I always order the same thing, a London fog. Today I had the best London Fog I have ever had from Starbucks. Not only was my drink deliciousness ,but the service was amazing and my whole experience was top notch.

Quite dissapointed as I usually gp there almost everyday before my shift but this very particular day I was requesting for ice to put in my water bottle. Got denied for asking unless I purchased. I did in another store but not this very one. Really bummed out for the poor customer service and denial from this young blonde at the register. Sorry to have asked and let down for the other regular employees that always put a smile on their face as I walk in before I work. Bummer girlie, she let me down for the team. Ill go to another location and ask for ice there.

Nice place for a coffee stop. I enjoyed one of their fraps. Yummy as usual. Staff was friendly.

This is hands down one of the MOST WELL RUN, and exceptional Starbucks locations and experience, that I have encountered in years, and this is coming from a former Starbucks Store Manager. The team - everyone is upbeat, friendly, warm and inviting. They learn your name and face, and greet you with enthusiasm. They genuinely care that your experience meets or exceeds your expectations. I’m unsure if Matt is the Store Manager, he carries himself as such, and I am beyond impressed by his commitment to excellence every time I’m here. He leads by example, he ensures the cafe is always clean and inviting, he knows his customers by name, he supports and directs the team with respect and a high level of effectiveness. I honestly can’t say enough. This location exudes the Starbucks culture and standards in every way! Keep up the amazing work! - Rahshea
