I placed an order for two of your $9.99 promotion deals, which each included one regular pepperoni pizza and one 4-puff combo. However, my order was incorrect.

I received the two pepperoni pizzas, but I only received one 4-puff combo instead of two, even though I was charged $9.99 twice for the two promotions. Since a regular pepperoni pizza costs only $6.99, I paid for the promotional combos and did not receive everything that was included.

Additionally, I paid for delivery, but my order was never delivered, and I had to go pick it up myself.

I ordered and was informed the order will be ready in 5 to 10 mins. I got there in 10 mins and had to wait 30 minutes for my order. It was nerve-wrecking seeing everyone come after me and left before me with their order. Disappointed!

Must be new employees. The Extramostbestest pepperoni pizza I ordered was the Extramostworstest I've ever had from here. Very little cheese, with half being thick crust and the other half being thin crust.

The best bussiness card of a food place is it's product. (In this case Pizza). This visit was because of its TV promotion on the Pretzel Crust pizza. Ordered Two to Go. Three customers ordered 3 to 6 minutes after me, they were served first before me, and left with their order in hand. *They made Only one of my pizzas, So I had to wait additional 10 minutes for the 2nd pizza. On top of that, No Pretzel Crust, (SEE PHOTO). *No cheese in the doe's edge as advertised. This place requires an additional associate to aliviate the work load. The girls were trying their best, to no avail. * By the way, the first Pizza was well prepared, ingridients were balanced.
