Was a interesting trip - people were in the drive through beeping horns. One even parked in drive through lane and walked inside.

Most important - food was good. But the place was chaotic.

I get to the drive-through, wait about 3 minutes or so and this is how it went:
Woman: go ahead with your order..
Me: may I please get a giant fish sandwich?
Woman: that it?
Me: yes, thank you.
Woman: pull around
Get to the window..
Woman: $6.39
Me: hands card and coupon.. hi, thank you
Woman: rolls her eyes, hands me card back and sits on a chair and gets on her phone.
Woman: hands me the bag as an inconvenience for her with an attitude.
Me: thank you, have a good night.
Woman: nothing
I come here because of the friendly service and this is unacceptable. I’ve never seen this woman before and I come a lot and I will not patronize a business that hires people like this. All the other staff is friendly and nice.. this woman, not even close. Don’t believe me? Run your cameras 8:30-9:00 06/02. Only respond to this telling me when that woman is replaced so I can go back because I will not be back until then.

We ordered the seafood platter that comes with two fish and 6 shrimps. Lucky we ate there because the platter only had two shrimp in it. The food was so greasy no lie we used 14 napkins to soak it off the food. ( NEVER AGAIN) Place looks like its going out of business for real we were the only ones there after 15 minutes one person walked in and ordered. NEVER AGAIN CAPTAIN D'S ! 👎

Its a bit ran down. Staff is great hard working with fast service. Food was good. We will definitely return.

I ordered through Uber Eats and my food arrived 30 minutes late, with the delay blamed on the restaurant. The truth? The food wasn’t cooked fresh at all — it was reheated in a microwave and practically inedible by the time it arrived.

Everything was hard as a rock. You couldn’t even squeeze the food with your fingers. The fish broke apart cold, dry, and rubbery like it had been sitting around and nuked. The fries portion was tiny, and even the coleslaw was warm — which tells you everything you need to know.

If the food had been fresh, I could’ve reheated it myself and only had myself to blame for ruining it. But this? This was unacceptable.

And to make matters worse, there’s no way to get my money back, and after all the Uber Eats fees I’m beyond angry.

Do NOT order through Uber Eats from this place. Go in person if you want any chance to address issues on the spot.
