For quick pizza, this little Caesars is the best in St
Cloud. The food is always cooked perfectly and delicious. I have never had an order that was made incorrectly!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Little Caesars. I placed a delivery order online requesting lightly baked pizzas, specifically asking for light sauce and a lightly bake. Unfortunately, I received two pizzas that were clearly burnt.

Trying to resolve the issue, I called the store and placed another order by phone. I took the time to clearly explain that my son is autistic and will not eat pizza if the cheese is burnt, which is why I was requesting a lightly baked pizza. I was reassured that it would not be a problem and that my order would be handled properly.

However, when I arrived, I was handed yet another burnt pizza.

I calmly spoke with the cashier and explained the situation. She then went to the manager, Martin, and instead of handling the situation professionally, he loudly announced—so everyone could hear—that I was the customer who “likes her pizzas raw.” This was extremely disrespectful, humiliating, and completely uncalled for.

Customer service in any restaurant is just as important as the food itself. Respect, empathy, and professionalism should always come first—especially when a customer takes the time to explain a specific need. Instead of listening and correcting the issue, the manager chose to mock the situation publicly and showed absolutely no concern or willingness to resolve the problem. His body language and attitude made it clear he simply did not care.

To make matters worse, I overheard him telling his employee not to call him again if it was regarding me or my order. That level of disregard for a paying customer is unacceptable.

I did not ask for anything free. I paid for my order and simply expected it to be made as requested. Running a successful restaurant is not just about speed—it’s about quality, integrity, and how you treat your customers. Failing in all three areas is not something any business should take lightly.

This experience was not only frustrating but also deeply disappointing. I hope this review reaches someone above this location who truly values customer service and accountability, because what happened here should not happen to anyone.

We called and asked for deep dish and their outsourced agents told us that although we didn’t see it in the website that we are good to order and that it’s in the menu for today. Upon driving 17 minutes to the store (because they also said delivery was not available,) they tell us that deep dish is not available and that the agent only placed the order for crazy sticks and a brownie. Even though we verified with the agent MULTIPLE times. Horrible service.

Everything went wrong today. We didn’t feel like cooking today and this was a nightmare. I will start with the ordering and their automated pick up, the service,then with the food quality. Ordering was easy at their app, the email has a bug, the first email said the order was going to be ready tomorrow, i mean, the next day, see pic. I dont work for them, so why I have to pick up my order instead of them give it to me. So, I approached the cashier and asked for my order, she responded… its in the oven, so I sit o a chair right in front of her. There were no customers and, after 20 minutes of waiting in the same chair I noticed a pizza box and a box of wing in the automated oven, so I asked her, if that was my order and she replied, I told you it was in the oven!!! OMG, I said to myself, what in the world!!!!! Come on guys, if that is my order, give it to me, she told me, it’s in the email, I said, What is in the email, she responded the code! I said, just give it to me, then she ignored me and started folding receipts and talking to the cook. I cant believe I was waiting, my food was ready and she didn’t made an attempt to give it to me. Then the kitchen guy came and handed the pizza to me. Totally non sense situation. Then, I wanted to try their Detroit pizza. It was cold, undercooked and so thick that it wasn’t eatable, see pics. The dough was soggy. The wings were soggy, like eating a sponge, only couple of wings were ok, the rest. Will not return, will not recommend

Fresh and hot pretzel crust pizza- cheesy bread and they were ready on time.
It was easy to order on the app. And we like using the portal. Quick in and out service.
Parking is plenty with easy access.
We have used this location several times.
