Ordered online, I came in super early and the team member was super cool about it. Told me they'd make it on the fly and sure enough 10 minutes later I was walking out with a fresh pizza. This spot is always clean and friendly. I love this little Caesars.

Was it hot? Yes. Was it ready? No. Was it clean? Also no. My kid saw a commercial for Little Caesars and asked if we could get a hot and ready pizza. Sure, we usually go to another one but this one is closer to our house. We go in: not clean. Kind of a weird smell. Only 1 oldish pizza in the hot and ready oven. A second pizza is out. According to the person working that’s the “manager pizza” that he snacks on through the day. I laughed in the car because of how crazy that is.
I know they can’t ACTUALLY keep pizzas hot and ready all day, but it *was* dinner time. The employee did not even offer to make a hot and ready pizza.
Anyway we went to Papa John’s down the road.

Miguel and Carlos were one of the best people I’ve met in customer service in a very long time. Extremely helpful and proactive. Also adding that the store was immaculately clean!!!!

I ordered delivery. 1 pizza and breadsticks. After 1 hour exactly I called the store and was told they were busy. “Im not the only customer” I asked where my order was in the queue and they said they were prepping my last item and was hung up on. Get ready for a chargeback. Theres ZERO excuse for this attitude or this wait. Get your franchise owner in and put them to work. This is inexcusable.

Extremely disappointing experience. The service was terrible, with an excessively long waiting time and absolutely no communication from the staff. On top of that, the attitude of the employees was repulsive and completely unprofessional, especially the person shown in the photo.

What made the situation even worse was how customers who did not speak the language were treated. It was very noticeable that they were treated with less patience, less respect, and an even worse attitude, which was upsetting and unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the counter was left unattended multiple times, leaving customers waiting with no explanation or assistance. Overall, the experience felt disrespectful, poorly managed, and discriminatory.

Customer service was clearly not a priority here. I would not recommend this place unless serious changes are made in how staff treat people and manage their service.

Note: I waited 30 minutes for a pizza that was never made, and I ended up leaving.
