Switched carriers due to the terrible customer service and the slowest internet in the planet. Truly feels like dial up from early 2000s. They decided to cancel our service when we were porting our office number, which made us lose our 20 year old number. Once they realized their mistake, after calling numerous times, they reconnected us and charged us for reconnection. We have been trying to port our office number for over a month and no one seems to know what to do. I have been given 5 different numbers to call and everyone keeps blaming everyone else. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CENTURY LINK they are a nightmare.

I’m so glad I read all these terrible reviews about Centurylink. I switched to google fiber with has had 4 outages in 30 days, yet remembering how terrible Centurylink was when I finally cancelled their service, reminds me of all the terrible experiences I had with them. They used to be a good company but now they use AI as customer service instead of human beings. Thank you good people for reminding me not to switch back

This is an awful company!!!! My bother-in-law is visually impaired and moved out of his mother's house after she had passed. The account got cancelled, but they continued to charge him for it. We've tried to appeal it a few times and nothing has happened. They take advantage of those with disabilities.

Our Century Link phone service was no longer available in our area due to faulty copper wiring for entire street so have been trying for a month to get our business telephone number transferred but Century link customer service has failed to successfully transfer it; it has been a month and have spent over 15 hours on the phone getting transferred around and they can’t figure out what the issue is. Have tried with google fiber and also AT&T They suck big time!

Such a terrible company. The first line customer service people genuinely try to help but they can't really do a whole lot when the decision makers don't care about their customers. This company's management should be ashamed of themselves. There has been an outage in my area for nearly two days and everytime I call for an update they push the time to repair back 6 hours.
