Tonight my girlfriend ordered online and got a choose 2, loaded fries, and a blue raspberry slushie. I went to go pick it up, I parked, and when someone finally came to the window I told them I had a mobile order. He closed the window and said nothing and seemingly went to do drive thru customers. When he came back he said they couldn’t do the slushie so I said just replace it with a coke zero, came back after a few minutes with a medium coke zero. I told him sorry to be a bother man, but she paid $3.29 for the slushie she’s not getting anymore, could I at least get a large coke zero since that’s $3.19. He said nothing again and went back to change it, then after 1-2 more minutes he comes back with a large one. When I got home I realized he filled my coke zero with 90% ice and the rest with coke zero. That was really crappy and I don’t feel I got value for what I paid for. The photo is after I finished the coke zero and a little bit of ice already melted.

I ordered the baconzilla, I picked it up and got to work and there was no bacon on it.
I called and told them what happened and they told me to come by sometime today and they'll give me another burger.
I got off of work and went straight there and I walked to the window this time, they told me that I had to bring them the burger in order for me to get a different burger, this was at 12:00 and I got back at 5:30. So I ate the burger for lunch because I had to immediately clock back into work after.
On the phone I was told I didn't have to bring the burger in, just show up.
So they told me they couldn't do nothing for me unless I just wanted some bacon. So I got just the bacon and I was pretty much laughed at.
This is 12 mile round trip from my work to Rally's, and then another 12 mile trip after work.
Not only did I feel like I was slapped in the face once but twice.
I will never be back. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I don't care how popular it is.

Me and my family went here and really enjoyed it. All the food was fresh and very good. The service was excellent and everyone was very nice. There is a long wait time because the line is so long because they are obviously busy and just opened but it appears they are getting each order out within 2-3 minutes. 5 Stars all the way from me. I’m glad to see a locally owned franchise such as this thriving, I wish them many years of success. I’ll definitely be back!!!

Gotta say, after waiting for a long time for my order to be done I would’ve thought the food would have been great. When ordering the lady over the mic was rushing my order, laughing, and talking over me. When I got the Chicken Nuggets and Fries box, all of the chicken were either hard or tasted like reheated chicken …weird. For this restaurant to be a new restaurant with long waits, you would’ve thought the food and customer service would change your experience.
