Always treated nice and welcoming before. I go in and the floor is excessively drenched from being washed. Looks like they spilled the mop bucket, it was so wet. It is dangerous and I was sliding and I get laughed at. I felt invalidated, insulated and humiliated. This is unaccessible behavior anywhere in society. Treating people like this is far from acceptable.

Great customer service, but I'm sick of my very expensive drink tasting different everytime get it! There has to be a standard way of making drinks.....please follow it.

As a lady of culture and fine taste , I rarely frequent chain establishments, but this starbucks takes the champagne darling! I had no idea what I wanted from the vast menu, but Kat led me to make a fine decision. She was sweet, calm and friendly as well were the other coffee baristas. Kuddos to the staff for making a welcoming and homey feeling.
