Fantastic customer service by all departments. Everyone knows what they are doing and do it well. Have bought several RVs from here and the service department and parts department always deliver on their promises. Have interacted with many of their personnel and Jake Meyer runs a great company and takes care of his customers as well as his people. Bob, Colin, John, Jim, Shawn, Chris, Tyler, Shelley, Taylor, Angel, Danielle, Jamie to name just a few that have made my RV adventures possible. Highly recommend this place . You will be treated fairly.

The service Mark gave me was excellent I would have given five stars but somebody forgot to add a separate dining room table set on my RV trailer purchase. But overall me and my wife love our 2027 Coachmen Catalina Legacy Edition 283 rks

We were throughly satisfied with our experience at Midwest. From my first interaction via the internet to our final signing day they were quick and responsive. BJ, our salesman, listen to what we wanted and showed us plenty of options that included all of wants and stayed within our budget. In fact, we were very impressed that there was no pressure to go over our budget. Tyler was great giving us our tour of our camper on pick up day and Danielle was knowledgeable and helpful while signing our paperwork. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and we will definitely recommend others to come check them out.

We had a great experience at Midwest RV! John was an outstanding salesperson! He was very knowledgeable, detailed, kind, and never pushy. We really appreciated his no-pressure approach and the time he took to answer all of our questions.

Danielle in finance was also fantastic. She was friendly, thorough, and made the financing process easy to understand without any high-pressure tactics.

We are super excited about our new RV and can’t wait to create many fun memories with our son. Thank you to the entire Midwest RV team for making this such a positive experience. We would definitely recommend them!

We had nothing but great experiences at Midwest RV! Mark M. was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond multiple times to help us find the perfect camper for our family’s needs. His dedication really stood out. He even took the time to text us while he was on vacation to make sure everything with our purchase was being taken care of.

Colin handled our walkthrough and was friendly, thorough, and very helpful in answering our questions and making sure we felt comfortable with our new camper.

The customer service from start to finish was outstanding, and we truly felt valued every step of the way. We highly recommend Midwest RV and will definitely be back for all of our camper needs!
