We just purchased a 2019 Keystone Cougar 29BHSWE thru Tony. We absolutely love it. I have to be honest I’m not a fan of salesman, (you know the type, cars and other related items.)But these people at RV World really care about you. They take the time to get to know you. Oliver can find solutions to get you the unit that you want. They back up their reputation and go through and thoroughly check everything out in the shop before it’s allowed to leave the lot. They have a person, Alex, walk through the entire rig for about an hour on how everything works and operates until you’re satisfied. Then help hook you up and you’re on your way.

I do have to say this is my third motor home/coach that I purchased from Rv World each and everyone in there are so courteous very much customer service. This is why I return. They do everything to explain to you detailed on everything by the time I got out of there I was so happy and excited my best friend and I just going to enjoy this new Coach, I would definitely recommend some honesty and very detailed information go to Rv World. They will take care of you. The gentleman that took care of me. His name was Nick. and Alex was the person that went over the coach with us a couple of times just to make sure we had it correctly. I like that so again choose Rv World you won’t regret it 💪😎😇🙏🏻

My experience buying a Wolf Creek 850 from RV World in Yuma was excellent. Andy was very kind and helpful during the purchase, even going the extra mile to take drone footage of the roof of the camper and a full video walk through of the interior and exterior so I could feel confident driving 6+ hours to complete the purchase. When I got there, their tech did a thorough walkthrough with me and taught me how to use all the different amenities and let me climb on top to check for water damage. It had been thoroughly cleaned and was in great shape. I didn't feel rushed to make my decision. I was also able to purchase Torklift tie downs on site for a very reasonable price.

Unfortunately when I got it home I realized that two of the appliances were not as described (AC unit and fridge were different models than listed on the paperwork). Though I paid a fair price, I felt that this misrepresentation warranted a partial refund. Greg in finance was kind enough to send me a check to rectify the situation, as well as a replacement for the bathroom fan that was broken by the tech during inspection.

I would highly recommend this dealership. They are run by kind and trustworthy people who will do everything they can to get you a great deal on a great rig. Thanks, RV World! I love my camper!

Awesome!!
I had the pleasure of working with Yadira today and briefly with a couple of other. All were very polite, professional and very much customer service professionals!

I am just a delivery guy and we are usually not accustomed to the best of service since we spend no money at the dealerships, However I was treated with excellent service and professional attitude from the time I arrived till I left.

If they treat us this way, I can only imagine how their customers appreciate them.

Thanks to all that I met today!! Keep up the great work!!!!

Despite some initial issues with them claiming in their published ad that the RV I purchased had some equipment that it didn't have, they made good on the deal and added the features the add claimed it had. Seems they use some canned descriptions from JD Power that have little resemblance to the unit being sold. In my case the "inventory" claimed I had a six gal hot water tank when in reality it had an on demand system. The JD Power list ( taped inside the unit) claimed the unit had a convection microwave when it actually had a plain microwave. JD Power had the generator wrong and the refrigerator wrong.. both had been upgraded. While it might be easy to rely on the canned descriptions, they bear little resemblance to the unit actually being sold. When I pointed out the microwave issue, I was initially told I could pay the difference in price to get what they advertised they were selling. Ultimately, my salesman informed me there had been a miscommunication and they would install the advertised appliance at here expense. While it should not have been an issue, they did come through in the end analysis. But for that issue, I would give them 5 stars. The fact it took a week to be clarified, costs them one star.

Ultimately happy with the dealership and my deal but the JD Power descriptions should be addressed.
