Saturday Jake came to see what was wrong with my AC. I was so pleased to be working with a nice young man with wonderful manners and very knowledgeable which made me have great trust in him. After we had a great conversation, we agreed to what was needed to repair my AC . As I told Jake I’m so glad he was the one that came out to help me. Mason put in my AC unit five years ago and I prefer to deal with them than any other company. I have also purchased the annual maintenance program which assures me every six months my ac will be checked thoroughly and if I need them any other time, they will be out to help me. As a side note I have learned to put 2 cups of vinegar into the unit every month as they prescribed! Thank you, Jake and thank you, Mason ac

BUYER BEWARE

I purchased a brand new LG system that was installed by Mason Air in February 2026. Six months later, I am still dealing with issues associated with their poor workmanship and lack of follow-through.

Issues Include:

*On the purchase, I was given false information by the salesperson (Jason) that the unit was eligible for a tax credit that had already expired.

*After install, multiple service visits were needed to get the temperature control working properly

*The install failed the first Hillsborough county inspection

*Failure of the second county inspection with another visit pending

*Failure to register the warranty within the 60 day window. I had to request it myself, and was given an apology for registering the unit five months later.

Overall the experience has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about Jason and the service he provided.

He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my A/C, and clearly explained my options without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. He patiently answered my questions while I decided how I wanted to proceed, and once I gave the go-ahead, he had my system repaired and running again in no time.

What stood out most was his professionalism and honesty. There was no sales pitch, no judgment—just quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. It's refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares about solving the problem rather than selling services you don't need.

I'm in the process of selling my home and the inspection brought up 2 HVAC issues that I was to address. Jason H. arrived promptly for the appointment. I showed him the inspection report, he looked at my unit and explained that the items on the report were actually not required. One of the items is only required if the unit is elevated on a second floor, but my house is one level and unit is on the "ground floor". The second item, was actually there and functioning as intended, in fact Mason had originally installed a backup pump in addition to the normal condensate line, so the unit had extra protection. Jason H. showed me the backup and the main line and clearly explained everything to me. He wrote up a report detailing this so I could give to my realtor. It was very reassuring to know you can totally trust Mason. It's employees like Jason H. that approach clients with such integrity that really make or break a company. I will always recommend Mason for HVAC needs. In a world where you have to be so vigilant to make sure no one is taking advantage of you, it's a relief to have such good, honest service. Thank you Jason H. and Mason for taking such good care of my needs.

Had Mason Air replace an old ac unit and install an air split in a bedroom. James came to my home and went over several options to ensure my end result was 100% satisfied. James is the most courteous man ive ever had the pleasure to meet. James sent Mike and Daniel to install the equipment, they were very courteous and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. They took the time to go over any concerns they came across and made sure i understood the process. They would reach out to let me know when they would be arriving and let me know if they needed to leave to pick up supplies. They worked swiftly and kept the work areas clean. If you are in need of any air-conditioning work I highly recommend Mason Air and their great group of workers James, Mike and Daniel
