My experience was very good. We always had great communication. Since there was a lot of traffic where I live, the technician, Louis, called me to let me know how many minutes away he was. Louis is a very professional person; he saw the problem, a leak in the bathroom sink pipe, and fixed it. He waited 45 minutes until he was sure the sealant he used was properly applied.

Lane from Frank Gay Electric was excellent to work with. He came out to my job site, performed a thorough electrical assessment, and took the time to walk me through all of the areas where the electrical system had been compromised. His knowledge and experience were obvious, and he explained everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed.

I really appreciated how professional, honest, and informative he was throughout the visit. Having someone who can clearly identify and explain these issues gave me a lot of confidence in understanding what needs to be done next. Work took about 7-8 hrs but the gentlemen doing the work were Tim and Tallon. Very hospitable and very friendly. What I didn’t mention was that a piece was not placed which they said they would come back to place it. Then they PROMISED me a Nest thermostat which I never got. So please do NOT believe anything they tell you they would get for you, because they don’t call back and they don’t HONOR it.

David and Tre did an amazing job changing out my compressor and air handler. The company in general has been amazing. Out of all the 24/7 companies shown on google, Frank Gay was the only one who had a human answer the phone and had a tech out within an hour. Consider me a loyal customer from now on. Rockstars!!
