I knew I called the right company from the time I spoke to someone on the phone to book my appointment. The technician quickly called soon after and gave me an ETA, which was quicker than the time that the person on the phone originally quoted. When he got there, he took the time to explain to me what was happening and what caused it. We talked about the different options for repairing the AC, I made the choice and I even signed up for the membership so they can come back and keep my system maintained for years to come.

I am very pleased with how fast they were able to get out and look at everything, considering it’s Friday night. I’ll definitely recommend Egberts to anyone I know who needs their AC taken care of.

I had four different price quotes for a duct cleaning and by far, Egberts was the most affordable. Lee also provided the best customer service! Shout out to Lee! The tech that came to do the service was Jacob. He was very kind, but not thorough. Unfortunately, a couple vents were missed. Lee is generous enough to come back to clean all the missed areas which I appreciate! Thanks Lee! Looking forward to working with you!! 😊

I had a great experience with this A/C company. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Scheduling was easy, and the communication was clear the entire time.

A special shoutout to big dawg aka Mathew Denn who really stood out during the service call. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He worked quickly but carefully, making sure everything was done right the first time. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping customers.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing A/C repairs or maintenance.

Tristan and Tyler were absolutely amazing throughout the process of getting a whole new ac unit, air handler and duct work to our house. They cleaned up after themselves. They called when they were on their way. Very prompt on their timeframe.They were very professional, polite and very courteous. They did an amazing job with the installation. Very nice young men.I would request for these two any day of the week and twice on sunday. They are very knowledgeable, and they know what they are doing. Very good at their job.
The even put up with my husband's demands of a few things that he asked for at the last minute. I HIGLY RECOMMEND them and this company. Good job, and thank you for the well job done. Thank you again to Tristan and Tyler. Once again, you both rock and thank you very, very, very much for all your good work. And all the hard work that you do serving Florida and keeping is cool. Our old system looked really horrible, very bad installation, not sealed. Just downright horrible, we even had to put the filter in the air handler system. What a pain. Now, everything is where it should be. Vent in the house to put the filter in filters in the return vents. These guys were wonderful. Very clean, sealed everything the beautiful work. They didn’t really look at the unit to assess the issue. Made an assumption based on the manufacturer and looking at the inside unit for about 5 seconds before recommending replacement. Only took pictures of the outside unit from about a foot away. I appreciated that they were able to come same day and later in the day at that. But I have someone else coming to do a more thorough review tomorrow before jumping to replacing.

I was more so hoping to have someone actually troubleshoot the issue. I can appreciate the technician not wanting to waste their time but I advised the approximate age of the system when the appointment was scheduled. If age is an issue we could’ve saved everyone’s time and not scheduled the appointment.

Jacob is by far the most knowledgeable service technician that I have had at my house. He listens to your concerns and doesn't bombard you with too much at once. He has a way of explaining things that are easy to understand. Nonetheless my ac is working and better than it ever has.

We are so grateful for the exceptional service from Egbert’s Electric and Air Conditioning! Our technician, Chris, was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient.

He did a fabulous job diagnosing our AC and electrical issues and took the time to clearly explain what was going on. We especially appreciated how he walked us through different solutions and made sure we truly understood our options before making any decisions.

So we had a proposal written by Matt and he was absolutely awesome. He spent more than a couple of hours with us to get the best option that we could get, he didn't give up on us no matter what and I have never seen such great customer service like this in my entire life. I strongly recommend this company for any type of heating or cooling needs because they would rather work with people instead of leaving them hanging to figure it out for themselves.
