This company responded so quickly, so professional, knowledgeable, and does beautiful work. Our system went down Friday night. I called expecting a recording or answering service and Ben himself answered the phone. Ben came out first thing Saturday morning and had the problem identified and resolved immediately. We were really impressed with his extensive knowledge. He actually improved the efficiency of our system which will save us repair costs down the road. We so appreciate all Ben did for us especially on a Saturday. This was such a good experience, and we will recommend this company to everyone we know. We are fans and loyal customers for life. Thank you so much!

If you are looking for the best indoor air quality and the best HVAC system for your health and clean "mold free" living look no further! Ben is extremely well versed and well educated on all aspects of indoor Air quality, dehumidification, HVAC, air sealing, purification, etc. Especially if dealing with medically important mold remediation or if dealing with CIRS- Chronic inflammatory response syndrome due to exposure to mold and other related biotoxins. He also spent a lot of time with us just educating us. He drove an hour to get to our house and spent about four hours with us. I highly recommend this company.

If you’re in the Sanford area and need an HVAC company for service or repairs, look no further. From the very first contact with 32 Degrees to the completion of the job, the team was attentive, quick to respond, and extremely professional to work with.

After some unfortunate experiences with other companies, 32 Degrees completely changed that for us and truly blew the competition out of the water. I highly recommend giving them a call if you’re looking for reliable and quality service.

I have had several types of work done as Ben is the only person we rely on for great service , effective repairs and maintaining of our older system.
Pricing can be wide ranging depending on the type of service needed.
Our service included complete dismantling and removal of the AC Evaporator Core from the air handling unit for deep cleaning as it was very clogged with dirt & mold as the result of our loving dog's and condensation.
It looked and performed like brand new when the job was completed.
You cant go wrong using 32 Degrees Heating & Air Conditioning.
Excellent company & staff.

After a year of trying to keep our old systems "alive" we decided to replace both existing HVAC units in my home. We are so happy with the service that 32 Degrees gave us. They explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. The product and installation was right on schedule - and we have had no issues with any of the systems. The employees were professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using this company. We have had such a great experience with Ben and everyone at 32 Degrees.
