Dear Management,

I am one of your regular customers and I buy coffee from your location almost every day. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing the same problem repeatedly.

Even though I order the same drink, it is prepared differently almost every day. The taste and quality are inconsistent, which is disappointing for a regular customer. I expect my coffee to be made according to the same standard each time.

In addition, whenever I politely ask for my coffee to be prepared correctly, some staff members respond with an unprofessional and rude attitude. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect respectful communication when raising a concern.

I am not writing this complaint to get anyone in trouble. My goal is simply to help improve the quality of service and ensure a better experience for customers. I kindly ask that you look into this matter, remind your staff about the importance of professionalism, and ensure that drinks are prepared consistently according to your standards.

Thank you for your time and attention. I hope this issue will be resolved, and I look forward to continuing to visit your coffee shop.

The experience lately at this location of Better Buzz has been noticeably better! It seems they are under new management, and the new GM has done an incredible job creating a welcoming atmosphere and making sure everything runs smoothly. The staff is friendly, efficient, and genuinely seems happy to be there, which makes a huge difference when walking into any establishment.

My order is always made correctly, and I’ve been wanting to stay longer rather than just grab my coffee and go. It’s clear there’s strong leadership behind the scenes that seems to be paying off. If this is the direction Better Buzz is headed under the new general manager, they’re doing an outstanding job. Keep up the great work!

Amazing team that moves fast with a smile.
This spot is in the heart of PB and while often busy, the wait is never long.

The new Better Buzz just made Imperial Beach complete (well, if we could make the water clean so we could surf regularly, THAT would make IB complete).

We now have the perfect mix of old IB and newer/modern spots in town.

Was in with the family and the experience was exceptional. Keanu and team were friendly, fast, and answered all our questions with patience.

Big outdoor area with plenty of room to sit.

There's lots of options on the menu board, and if that overwhelms you, just ask. There's lots of ways to modify sweetness and non-dairy milk.

Also, if you have a kiddo, get them a Buzz made with cream (it's like a milkshake).

Very disappointing experience. Better Buzz’s online ordering felt deceptive. My pickup order automatically included a tip, and the drinks were defaulted to large, which felt like an intentional upcharge. When I got there, no one greeted me and I had to bag my own food. Why ask for a tip when there is basically zero customer service?

First time visiting this location-great service, coffee was hot. I opted for the hazelnut divinity-large-hot. The hazelnut flavor was very light which for me was fine. The coffee was very hot- as coffee should be but use caution. This location was tucked away but had great curb presence and easy to find. As I left the area I saw another location that had a long line- glad I stopped at this one. Thanks for a great start to my day. I did order via drive thru but there is also a cute seating area out front and there appears to be some seating inside.
