I went in here to ask some questions and I left more confusd than I did before I walked in there. I saw a advertisement for 4 free phones and I was thinking about switching cellphone carriers from cricket to total wireless but my issues are I have a family plan and my daughter has a iPhone but my brother and son and I have android phones. The man in there said it was $ 120 for the 4 lines and if I heard him right he said $300 for the 4 phones if they are free why am I paying for the phones and I can see paying the 1 time payment of $199 or $299 for the iPhone cause they cost more (but still work like dodo) I read that on there website so like I said It's confusing. I'm just going to stay with my carrier until I can find a cheaper place that offers reasonable prices

Worst phone service I’ve ever had. And dong even get me started on the wifi router they have. Just Walk on over to metropcs, better service and better prices on plans. I switched from metro to this service thinking it would be cheaper, no my first couple of months my plan was 35 a month, now it’s jumped to $65! How? And then the service is horrible my phone is always going in and out. I mean this is literally the worst phone service I’ve ever had.

Awesome staff and service. They even repaired my phone before switching to their service.

Everytime I show up here I receive nothing but excellent customer service especially from Emerson. He has been nothing but extraordinary! Definitely will be returning in the future. If you need anything from a phone store this is the place!
