I had the BEST experience with Crash Champions. I first worked with Alex Villa and he was amazing. He made sure everything with my insurance company was good and made sure my car was taken care of properly and in a timely manner, while also making sure I had a rental to get around until my car was completed. The date he provided for my car to be ready was the exact date it was completed. He kept me updated the entire process. My car looked and worked great, it was nice and clean when I received it back. Now, Mr. Mike the General Manager there was so Awesome and VERY helpful. He made sure my car was back to it's original state and looking and operating amazing. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness in assisting with my vehicle. I am so grateful I chose to take my car to this company. They did an amazing job with my car. Mr. Mike and Alex thank you so very much for having outstanding customer service and making sure I left your company satisfied. I would recommend this location to any and everyone. Reliable, professional, and excellent communication!

We have brought our family van to Crash Champions in Spring twice now for two separate wrecks (neither of which were our fault), and they have been phenomenal both times. Dealing with repairs after an accident is always stressful, but the team here is incredibly kind, upfront, and helpful throughout the entire process.
They were very mindful of our vehicle's specific needs and how much we rely on it for our daily routine. The repairs were completed quickly without sacrificing quality, and their communication is wonderful—they keep you updated every step of the way. If you are looking for a shop that is professional and respects your time, I highly recommend this location!

Working with Crash Champions was an absolute joy. They were prompt, friendly, and above all, honest. They were also quicker and cheaper than another body shop in town. I worked with Cole C. and he was fantastic. He called me during the repair process and said, "Good news... we found additional damage, but were able to work around it so your estimate will actually go down." That's honesty, integrity, and putting the customer first. I would absolutely recommend Crash Champions to anyone.

Wrecked my jeep, insurance made me take it there. Totaled so don’t have an opinion on that but will say the communication of Bryce and Cole at the spring location is abysmal at Best. Anytime you called they’re not available or they’re busy at the moment writing up your report for the wrong car and wrong insurance. Didn’t even get a oh my bad “oh yeah, they put you under the other car”Then I gotta get my stuff out of it and the lady thinks I’m just gonna drive it home asking me why there’s 2 sets of keys now when there was only one 🤦🏻‍♀️ “because they asked me to bring the other set to leave with the vehicle”

I had an AMAZING experience with crash champions. Someone backed into my car and the damaged was pretty bad. I received my car back today and it looks like it never happened. I am extremely grateful for crash champions, enterprise, and farmers insurance for handling this situation fast! The only thing that did not sit right with me was the front desk guy. He had very low energy and did not explain what i was signing. Luckily there was someone else signing papers and i was able to hear another associate go over the documents. He was not rude tho! Other than that this place is GREAT
