When my oven started having issues, ABV sent a technician to assess the scenario within 48 hours of when I called them. Within 24 hours of the assessment, they sent a quote for buying replacement parts and repairing the oven. The technician who assessed the oven was knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual.

I initially accepted the quote, but after thinking about it for another day, decided that replacing the oven made more sense than repairing it. I called ABV to explain the scenario and told them I'd be happy to pay for replacement parts they'd already ordered, and they told me I didn't owe anything. They were gracious and understanding.

I'll happily call ABV for future appliance needs.

The repairman came and didn’t do anything. Claimed my washer need major repair which would cost me more than $600 for a brand new motor. I took care of the machine myself by opening the drain cover and took out the coins and button myself. The guy did not even bother completely take the thin plastic cover off the get access to the drain. What a rip off for coming over for few mins and lame diagnose. Avoid them at all cost.

My refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling, and I was worried about losing all my food. I called ABV Appliance Repair based on a friend's recommendation. They scheduled a visit for the same day.

The technician, Alex, was punctual and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty compressor relay. He had the part in his van and repaired it within an hour. His work was clean and efficient.

The price was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees. My fridge is now running perfectly. I highly recommend ABV Appliance for their speed, expertise, and honest service.
