Gabe came right out and fixed my dryer. He was very honest with us and helped us figure out what a different company did wrong when they fixed it in February. Also gave me pointers on how to make sure it does not happen again. He is very pleasant to work with and has a very friendly demeanor. Would definately refer Gabe and this company!

Gabe (owner), is a remarkable human being, incredibly knowledgeable with regards to washing machines and went well above and beyond to help me diagnose the issues with my machine. He gave me clear, reasonable options as to how I could proceed, and didn't pressure me to make a decision right away.

My wife and I contacted Snappy Appliance Repair to schedule a visit -- our LG washing machine wouldn't start (a problem we'd never encountered before). We couldn't locate anything wrong with the electrical connection for, or power supply to, the machine. As it turns out, we didn't need to schedule a visit. Gabe Sande of Snappy Appliance Repair helped us diagnose the problem with the washing machine -- and fix it! -- over the phone (the control board needed a reset, a procedure we knew nothing about). After he eliminated some potential causes and then diagnosed the problem, Gabe patiently walked us through the obscure steps to reset the control board, and lo and behold! -- the machine was working again. (My wife said "wow, that was magical!"). When we reported to Gabe that the machine had come back to life, he laughed and said "I'm happy that I saved you some money!" He also said to keep him in mind for any other future appliance repair needs we might have. We absolutely will keep him and Snappy Appliance Repair in mind. Gabe helped us avoid an expensive in-person visit. We remain grateful for Gabe's helpful attitude and client-friendly (and in our case, very cost-friendly) approach.

This is our second time working with Snappy.
1. Our stove’s oven quit working. We love to cook/bake and were anxious to get back to using the oven. But, it was not an easy ‘fix’ but Snappy diligently tried each possibility to get it fixed. And did not charge us more than on the original quote. They fixed it and it continues to make us happy by maintaining the oven temp!
2. Today, the fridge was no longer operating. Gabe told me by phone that the brand had a history of problems and the probable fix vs. new purchase costs. We are opting for a new one. He took about 30 minutes to identify those that would fit in our space - no charge.
The service is amazing and ethical!
