Starting with Rafael, who coordinated this estimate and installation. I knew I was dealing with a professional company. The installers were courteous, friendly and went above and beyond during the installation process.
Leif and his partner were respectful of our property, and double checked every detail of the install.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but these guys truly deserve one. From my initial phone call with Victor, who was very friendly and worked with my schedule, to Henrry’s clear communication and explanation of the materials and installation process, everything went smoothly. Henrry made sure I understood what work would be done at my house and how long I would need to be present.

Pedro did an excellent job replacing all the glass. A huge thank you to him for completing the installation without damaging any of my wood frames.

You can tell this team genuinely cares about the quality of their work instead of rushing through the job. I’m extremely satisfied with the final result and highly recommend Quality Windows!

I had a good experience with quality windows. This was my second time using them. Rafael ensured that a technician would come early enough so I could make my appointment. And Pedro showed up in plenty of time to put in my new windows. Great job!!

You can tell this company has experience. Everything felt organized and professional from beginning to end. The installers were friendly, worked quickly, and left everything looking great afterward. Very satisfied with the outcome of our new shower door.
I would recommend them to friends and family!

Big thank you to Henry and Victor!

I was assisted by Victor Arroyo at the Oxnard location. He was friendly, helpful, and professional. Quality Windows replaced all my windowscreens a few months ago and did a great job. I get compliments from the window cleaners on the screens. I am a happy returning customer. I obtained information on how I can repair a few windows and a sliding glass door screen. Victor was very knowledgeable and provided me with helpful information about window replacement. Thank you so much for providing great customer service.
