I needed to find a good enclosed storage solution and did not want to have to drive hours to get there. An internet search brought me to Texas Secure Storage, so I called the number to ask about availability and to get it set up. Once I had the paperwork filled out, Tim called me to welcome me as a customer, and make sure I had everything I needed to move in. After I got everything loaded into the unit, Tim called again to make sure I didn't have any issues and to reassure me that he is just a phone call away if I need anything.

The storage unit itself is clean, meets the size requirements, and everything is in good shape. The lot is in a nice, quiet part of town, and the other renters that I have met as I have gotten up there to organize have been great people. This is a nice little hidden gem of a storage facility and I look forward to being a customer for a long while. Great service and a great location.

Been renting here for years. When Texas Secure Storage took ownership the quality and appearance was such an upgrade. Routine maintenance and very orderly. Ask for Claire if you need assistance. Extremely helpful.
