Great time eating here yesterday on their 3rd birthday. Our server was Sarah, she was friendly, sweet and took great care of us. The food was fresh, sandwich and salad was great and washing it down with the margarita’s did the trick!

Unique experience at Birdcall. Walk inside to ordering kiosks with zero employees in sight. Menus are available for those with sight issues and I think if you needed help you can ring a bell.

The restaurant was very clean and that includes the restrooms.

Your name is displayed on a monitor with time to pick up and then a member from the team places your order in a box and calls out your name.

The Chicken was good , I got the rancher and Dad got the Deluxe. Fries and Tots were the sides. The buns were bigger than the chicken. The tots were seasoned and really good, fries were fries.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Smaller portions than fast food competitors. But definitely way tastier. They have some really yummy alternative chicken sandwich possibilities including a seasonal Korean flavored chicken sandwich.
The tater tots are definitely more delicious than you would expect!
The service is great and they seem generally happy about working there and serving you chicken.

The food was made and there is nobody there to take your order. I feel like at the price point that they are somebody should be taking your order. It really wasn't anything special. I might as well go to chick fil a but there was a small issue in the employees helped me to take care of it so that was nice it was good customer service. Plus if you get the milkshake, bring your own straw because they have the thinnest straws known to mankind it makes it really hard to drink your milkshake

Absolutely delicious. Perfect portion size for the price and quality. Milk shakes were delicious and food came out super quick and hot. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Loaded tots with jalapeños is a game changer. We Definitely have to come back and try the other sandwiches.
