Celebrated our anniversary at Bourbon & Bones and could not have asked for a better night. Brad was an exceptional waiter, and the entire staff went above and beyond — when they learned about our anniversary and that my wife, Irina is lactose intolerant, they brought out two complimentary desserts on the house. That's next-level hospitality.
The petite filet with truffle butter and port wine reduction was incredible, and the wine selection is excellent. Great atmosphere too. Highly recommend!

I sat at the bar and had a couple of old fashions made by Zach, they were really good. The staff is very professional and friendly. I ordered Bone Marrow as an app it had a split veal bone cognac steak tartar crostini grapes that was very delicious by the way. For my main course I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass with english pea orzo, red chimichurri chardonnay recommended by Zach and it was delicious. This place is a must stop and I had a great experience.

Came here for my husband’s birthday and had such a great time! The whole experience was amazing from start to finish, and we already can’t wait to come back again.
We were recommended the pork belly appetizer, and it was absolutely delicious—definitely a must-try! The service was outstanding; everything was so well thought out that we never had to ask for anything. The staff was attentive, professional, and made the night feel really special.
Highly recommend for a special occasion or just a great night out!

Brad and Brice absolutely made our night at Bourbon & Bones.
From the moment we sat down, the service was dialed in, attentive without hovering and polished without feeling scripted. They guided us through the menu with confidence, and their recommendation on the temperature for the Spinalis Wagyu was spot on. It came out perfectly cooked, rich, buttery, and it literally melted in my mouth. Easily one of the best steaks I’ve had.
They also suggested pairing it with an Austin Hope, and it was an excellent match. The bold, smooth profile complemented the Wagyu beautifully and elevated the entire meal.
The atmosphere strikes that perfect balance of upscale and energetic, and the cocktails were outstanding, balanced, strong, and crafted with care. Brad and Brice’s attentiveness was off the charts. Water glasses never emptied, timing was flawless, and we never had to ask for a thing.
Truly top tier hospitality. We will absolutely be back and will be asking for them.

What a disappointing experience, this was. The service was good, the place is nice, but the food just OK. The bone marrow needed marrow, the tar tar was good, the ceviche was more vegetables than fish, the lambchops were over cooked, the mushrooms were super salty(and I like salt). The sashimi was pretty good, the short rib was small but pretty good, and the brussels sprouts were very good. All in all, I wouldn't go back! Very expensive for a subpar meal.
