I am extremely disappointed with the way the manager, Tory, treated my group\. I was simply asking a few questions about Groupon, and while I completely understand that exceptions may not be possible, the way she responded was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional from the very beginning\.

What made the experience even worse was that her attitude wasn’t directed only at me—it was toward my entire group\. At one point, members of my group were just trying to find us and asked her for directions\. Instead of politely helping them, she responded with, “Oh, you didn’t text them?” in a very rude and condescending tone\.

On the other hand, the other woman working at the front desk was incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful\. She treated us the way customers should be treated, which made the contrast in professionalism even more noticeable\.

A manager sets the tone for the customer experience, and unfortunately Tory’s behavior fell far below what should be expected from someone in a leadership position\. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken to address her conduct so future customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve .

We had a great time at Topgolf Pompano Beach today. The food, staff and service were very good. The environment was nice and the fans kept us cool enough despite the heat. We were there for several hours in the heat of the day and were just fine. We enjoyed their queso, salsa and chips, the burger, the cobblestone salad, mojitos and margaritas and they were all great. Had an amazing time at Topgolf Pompano Beach! The facility is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with a great atmosphere for families, friends, or date nights. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly from check-in to the end of our visit.

The bays were comfortable, the technology worked perfectly, and the games made it fun for everyone, regardless of skill level. The food and drinks were excellent, and the views of the South Florida sunshine and palm trees made the experience even better.

Whether you’re a serious golfer or just looking for a fun outing, Topgolf Pompano Beach is a fantastic destination. We had a blast and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

My partner and I recently came here for a date night and honestly had such a great experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was energetic and fun without feeling overwhelming, and it ended up being the perfect mix of competition, laughs, food, and quality time together.
Even if you’re not a serious golfer, Topgolf makes everything easy and enjoyable. The games are interactive, beginner-friendly, and still competitive enough to keep things exciting. We spent the whole night laughing, cheering each other on, and just genuinely enjoying ourselves.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick with service throughout the night. Our bay was clean and comfortable, and the overall environment felt very organized despite how busy it was. The music and lighting also created a really fun vibe for a night out.
The food and drinks were surprisingly good too — definitely better than what you would expect from an entertainment venue. Everything came out fresh, and it really added to the experience instead of feeling like an afterthought.
One of my favorite parts was that this is the kind of place where you can have a great time whether you’re on a first date, celebrating something special, or just wanting to break away from the usual dinner routine. It gave us something interactive to do together instead of just sitting across from each other all night.
