I have dreamed of owning Docs since the ‘80s and I now own 3 pair in the last 6 months - all because of this store. Steff helped me make my DocMarten dream come true. Her thorough expertise, enthusiasm, patience and outstanding customer service is top-notch. I mentioned wanting to customize a pair of my boots and she gave me some great ideas & recommendations. The staff are very knowledgeable, welcoming and were all genuinely excited for me. The store carries a great selection of shoes and accessories. Highly recommend this store!

I came in today with questions about an old pair of docs I have that need repair and had a fantastic experience. Kaye and Rin both helped me and they were both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Shoutout to Kaye for being so familiar with the construction and repair of docs, and shoutout Rin for knowing all the different doc shoe models so well. 11/10 would recommend this store and its staff to anyone.

OMG!!!! The staff at this Dr Martens was so friendly and helpful. I told them this was my 1st pair I was getting them as a present for my 60th birthday and they were super helpful and courteous. They answered all my questions and concerns!!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!!

I came in late afternoon to try on some boots I saw online, ended up falling in love with a different pair. The two staffs here this afternoon are super sweet and helpful, especially the lady with dark hair and a shining pair of Dr. Martens. She made good suggestions, and gave advices about how to select the right ones and how to take care of them. The store’s a bit small on the outside but they have a pretty decent selection. Definitely gonna come back and get my new boots here!

The sales associates didn’t seem to interested in my business at this Dr. Martens store. They seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves. I asked a few questions, no one had answers. Why are people selling this product if they have limited knowledge? Many items weren’t in stock or sold out. The store is new and very nice.
