They took care of what needed to be done perfectly. We were told 10 days, it took longer, but we were given an explanation when picking up our car why the delay was longer. Perfectly understandable.

I would not recommend Tom and Ed’s to anyone. My insurance sent me here because they are supposedly Subaru certified, but my experience was a nightmare. It took a couple of months to "fix" my car, and they repeatedly sent me home with the vehicle claiming it was ready, only for the original problem to remain.

I eventually had to take it to a Subaru dealership for a final fix. It turns out the alignment was completely off and the underlying issue hadn't been addressed at all. To make matters worse, my car (which is less than a year old) reeked of cigarettes when I picked it up the last time and someone even left a lighter inside. It took over a week to get the smell out. I contacted the manager and never heard back. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

We were on vacation when we got by an impaired driver. Thankfully everyone was okay. We made it 500 miles back home on a donut and took it to Tom and Ed's on Monday. Thankfully, they were a preferred shop of our insurance carrier. Tom and Ed's made everything easy from the rental car pickup to the communication with the adjuster. Tom and Ed's did a great job keeping us updated on the timeline of when our car would be complete. They even beat the original due date by five days! We now have our Chevy traverse back and you can't even tell anything happened. All the body lines and suspension alignment are properly set up.
