The chicken tenders were outstanding and the dipping sauce is very good as well. Was my second time coming and both times were good experiences. The crinkle fries are good. Overall it feels like you get alot of quality food for the money.

When I started regularly traveling to Cleveland for business was when I first tried Cane's. I was literally hungry and turning around in a parking lot when I saw the drive-thru lane and I thought. Let's give it a go. I had never heard of them- there were no Cane's in the Pittsburgh area at the time, but I like chicken fingers. Even though my first experience was sitting in my car in a parking lot behind Cane's hunched over a styrofoam container, it was so good that I knew I had to tell my family about it and try to get them to experience it too. I made the trip weekly so it turned into a ritual where I would stop at Cane's on the way home and drive the food 2 hours home for everyone to enjoy. Pretty soon it was like 'pork chop night'- everyone would look forward to 'Cane's night.' We figured out how to reheat things so it tasted exactly like it was just handed to you from the restaurant. I had two young kids at the time so you can imagine chicken fingers and fries were their fuel, basically. The sauce, turns out, is famous and rightly so- it is so great and the chicken has a different kind of breading than you find at the other popular chicken restaurants. That and the crinkle fries, cole slaw, and bread just kind of makes a complete meal. When I changed jobs, I stopped going near that Cane's, but thankfully I'm on the road enough that I can GPS my way to one whenever I get the chance and bring some home to surprise the family. If you live near one, don't take it for granted. It's good food, reasonably priced, and they're not trying to do everything all at once- they do chicken fingers, and in my opinion, they nailed it. We now have one location as close as Bridgeville, PA, but it's still an hour away for me. I'd really like to see them open up further north, near the PIT airport.

Great Food and very reasonable pricing. Senior discount if you ask. Great service too.
Usually very noisy kitchen and loud music - sometimes hard to hear conversation well. But we go a couple times a month.

Bland chicken, loud radio, and good Texas toast. I've always been told to come to Cane's because of the sauce and I'd have to agree that the sauce was good, but this isn't "Raising Cane's Chicken Sauce". The best part of my meal was the Texas toast as the chicken fingers weren't seasoned. If you're looking for good fried chicken go somewhere else. If you're looking for good sauce and Texas toast this is your place!

I ordered through DoorDash and the restaurant never confirmed my order. I called after an hour of the order waiting for approval and finally called the restaurant. The manager told me the DoorDash drivers are responsible for creating orders. That was an absolute lie and her trying to wiggle out of responsibility for ignoring take out orders. She could’ve just cancelled the order in a professional manner if they weren’t equipped to fill it. Instead they lied and blamed someone else for the issue. Additionally we’ve been periodically given partial orders and chicken that appears to have sat under a heat lamp. This location hasn’t been open long enough to be half rate. It’s definitely the lack of proper management causing the issues.
