Purchased bag 8 months ago and have barely used it. One of the gold studs fell off.
When you pay this kind of money you expect it to last -as I have many other expensive bags. I have been trying to call the Beverly Hills store for a few weeks and no one ever answers?? Why??
I want to know how to proceed with the defective item I purchased and not have to go all the way to the store!

Incredibly rude and aggressive staff at the door here. Verbally threaten people on the sidewalk and gesture like they are going to physically attack people. The viral video showing this is wild. It's insane how they have these kinds of staff working there. Watch out if you pass by this store!
