Brought these necklaces into Gorjana to see if they could help because they tarnished so badly and rather than replace them all they were able to do is give a store credit to rebuy the exact same items at a higher price which is ridiculous. Was incredibly disappointed by the lack of customer service considering I just wanted the same necklace back for the one they did have literally in the store and to replace the other with something else since they did not have it in store.

I’ve been a long time customer with this brand and the quality has gone down significantly over the past few years. I have had to exchange most of my pieces because the clasp has broken off, the tarnishing just after a few wears and not going into water is unbelievable. This jewelry is not cheap and I understand it’s gold plated. I also don’t think it should break and tarnish just after 3-4 wears of the jewelry.

My sister and I came in for Christmas to grab something special for our Mom and were so impressed by the staff. All of the girls are fairly younger, quite fashionable, and very helpful. They educated me on their wear guarantee and let me know that should anything wear over time that I could bring back the piece and exchange it for the same piece or another for the same price I initially bought the first piece for. Thankful to have found this place and so happy that the staff made Christmas shopping so enjoyable.

I will forever be a customer here! I have purchased around a dozen pieces from this location. The girls are always extremely sweet. I believe the managers name is Danielle. She seems to be running the store extremely well. Everyone is extremely helpful and professional. I had a bracelet break after having it for three months, I went in and thought they could fix it. Instead, they swapped it out with a brand new one no problem. Another time I went in to shop I had a diff bracelet (not gorjana) come loose and one of the girls adjusted it for me with a tool they had in the back. I just love this place!

Beautiful boutique jewelry store. It has a small selection but the quality is sturdy and feminine…a good combination.

I have found some great everyday pieces and statement pieces for special occasions. The price point is great too!

Just found out the jewelry is guaranteed and I took one back that needed to be exchanged and they helped me replace it really quickly.
