I went to rent a tool from this place only to find out they have strict policies and must own a credit card to rent. Despite offering to pay the deposit upfront or even more than what was required they still refused to help. I am an autistic member of society and believe this policy is discriminating against those who dont own a credit card for religious purposes or because of special needs. Despite begging them to help me they showed no willingness to help me out. Whilst I understand companies have policies in place, you provided no customer service to try and help find a solution. I shall make otger trades and builders in the industry aware of the lack of customer care to help overcome situations.

Honestly, the best place to rent your equipment. Everyone on the team here is knowledgeable, friendly, and transparent. They are always organized and the pick up process is super easy. If you're looking to set up an account here, ask for Kelvyn. He's the absolute best!

Great place to get a variety of licence for forklifts, warehouse movers, and lot more.
My instructor was Mr: Bruce Hannah,
Very nice gentleman, that explain, teach , very easy, but very knowledgeable way , thinks you need to know.
If I do any more licencing,
For sure I will go back there.
Victor.

As an excavation contractor I started to use this location for my rental needs and it was the best decision I have ever made. The service that I received was beyond expected, honest, straight forward, reliable and always great people to work with. It's always a pleasure to work with Angelo and his team at the rental desk, with outstanding customer service. The equipments are always well maintained, and serviced. If you're in the business you must understand that sometimes things fail but only once I ever had a minor issue and it was take efficiently by the service team. I highly recommend this place for all your rental needs, they will always have my business because they surpassed my satisfaction and expectations. Thank you Angelo and your team.
