Kristi is absolutely AMAZING! We had major issues with its Metro by T-Mobile, but Kristi and Total Wireless helped us get back online with amazing speeds. Thank you so much for your help. Very polite and answered all my questions. Best Total Wireless experience yet.

Ahmed was phenomenal helping me switch from different provider. He took his time walking me through all the different plans and explained over and over again until I had a great handle on things.
