Don’t bother taking your car in for BMW service. They will charge you extreme prices and then not even suggest you repair a part that has a known failure. Stay away and take your car elsewhere. Plenty of other trustworthy service centers in the area.

Such an elevated experience compared to anywhere else I’ve been. These folks are pros pros - and the waiting area is awesome too.

BMW Service - Kudos to Service Advisor Caleb B for taking great care of me. I drove down from SW WA, never having interacted with this dealership/service center before. Frankly, I was a bit fed up with my prior experiences at BMW of Portland, and decided to call in a necessary repair to BMW of Tigard instead. Once I arrived, Caleb greeted me quickly, took the time to listen to my issues, and started from a point of empathy. I was totally expecting to wait around for hours and get quoted for $$$ or being that somehow the issues I had were not warranty-applicable, but he instead got me quickly placed in a squeaky-clean loaner and on my way within minutes. He kept me updated at least once a day with work progress, and a few days later welcomed me back to my squeaky-clean car, all repaired. No games, no gaslighting, no fuss. At some point, every BMW owner ultimately asks themselves the question: do I really want another BMW after this one? And this being my third BMW, I was ready to quit the brand. Managers at Tigard (and Corporate, if you're listening): Caleb single-handedly saved my experience with (and my perception of) the brand. I hope to never have to repair the car again, but if I do, I'm talking to Caleb at Tigard, and no one else.

I had an outstanding experience at this BMW service center. The technician went above and beyond in addressing my concerns and ensuring my vehicle was in top condition. The communication was excellent throughout, with clear updates and helpful advice provided. It's refreshing to see such dedication to customer satisfaction, and I will definitely return for future services!

Nathan Moore is the MAN 2 SEE if you're in the market to buy a car. Great customer service all around. Super stoked to get in a nice car, the test drive got me! I know I know, apparently they sell other cars that aren't BMW!
