Very rude staff. We walk in and one female staff member was yelling at the patrons. A man and child were still looking at the menu and waved for us to go ahead of them. As we walked up to the counter she very abruptly, and loudly said “THEY WERE HERE BEFORE YOU” we said back “oh they waved for us to go because they are still looking. She said nothing and walked away. We then ordered on the kiosk. We ordered one smoothie. The man and child then ordered after us ordering 2 smoothies. She purposefully made their drinks before ours for some reason??
That would normally not be enough for me to write a review but it was a combination of horrible behavior and attitude from the worker that drove me to this.
While waiting for our smoothies two young teens walked in and she SCREAMED from behind the counter “ARE YOU HERE FOR ORDER PICK UP? ITS OVER THERE!, FOR THE BOWLS?” They politely said “no we didnt order bowls” and she screamed back “WHAT WAS YOU ORDER THEN?” They replied with their order and she screamed “YEAH WELL THAT JUST CAME IN ITS NOT READY”

Overall. She needs to go. Been here lots of times and never been screamed at or seen a staff so rude.

I have to say, typically I am pleasantly served at this Jamba Juice. Tonight’s experience was so unpleasant I really don’t know what to do than to write a review. Gaia, the woman who took my family’s order was so unkind and impatient. My dad was talking to me about which drink to order, and she starts interrupting. I noticed it but thought she was trying to be helpful. I suggest a different drink and she very loudly asks, “Ugh, so which is it? You’re saying three different drinks…which is it?!” Both of us were stunned and mumbled something like, “We’re just thinking…” Mind you, there’s no one in the cafe and there’s still 15 minutes till closing. Not the best timing but we apologized as soon as we came in. My dad makes his decision and she goes, “Okay and is that the final choice?”

Gaia, I hope you realize it’s not that deep. I also hope you realize, that your tone and attitude affect people and whatever issues you have, you cannot change them by ruining my evening. Probably the last time I visit this location.

Really disappointed in this location. Today I popped in to grab a smoothie bowl for my lunch. I was not greeted at all, and I have a soy allergy so I like to order with a person… but I was ignored for several minutes and I ended up ordering on the kiosk. The person who walked in behind me was greeted and they took their order. Then they took several more orders after that. Everyone’s order was completed before mine. After 15 minutes I asked about my bowl and how I’ve already been waiting and others have been helped me before me, despite that I ordered first. I ended up waiting 20+ minutes for a freaking smoothie bowl. No hustle from the staff at all. Will not come back to this location again. Jamba needs to hire better people. I worked at Jamba in my teens and this would have never flied with management back then.

I saw this location had such a negative rating, but I'm happy I went here. Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. They checked on me as I ordered from the kiosk. They gave me a recommendation and respected when I made a choice that wasn't the recommendation. She asked what I ordered and what the size was, that way she could begin working on it. She then promptly heated up my pretzel, asking if I wanted it more soft or crisp. Just thought that was a nice attention to detail.

And the Watermelon Breeze I ordered is incredibly refreshing on this 97°F day. 🍉

In. Out. No hassle. I thought the employee was polite and professional. I didn't see her name, but I just left the store and am sitting in mt car leaving the review.

Saw that this place has a over all 2 stars so came too check it out. First of all super nice staff. Gave me some recommendations based off sweetness and ended up getting somthing not too sweet which is perfect for me since sweet stuff usually hurts my teeth. So very thankful for the staff help.
