I read the bad reviews and got really nervous but I’ve tried other chipotle’s in the area and was not very happy, so I still gave this one a shot. Idk if it’s just because of when I went, but around 8:15pm-8:30pm on a Wednesday, my pick up order was perfect! It was not ready when I pulled up to the window but they made it right away. The honey chicken was delicious, they gave me double meat like I listed, and all of the ingredients were delicious.

Also random but for the first time (for me) the chipotle queso was actually smooth and not gritty. Me & my husband loved it.

Chipotles can be veryyyy hit or miss depending on ingredients, staff, time of day, location, etc., but I enjoyed it!

Maybe peppers or onions are too expensive and the manager wants a bonus for keeping costs down but shut changing you customers it's a terrible way to do it, but this happens regularly at this location.

They are almost always out of something and they have no urgency to fix the problem. Today they were out of fajitas again, and they were making no effort to grill onions and peppers or slice any. I'm sick of getting short changed by inept management when I go in there. I left and drove to the next nearest location.

I guess I should just boycott the entire chain in the future, because I'm still rewarding bad business practices.

Store apparently shuts down to take care of catering orders. I went to the store at 10:50am on a Sunday only to find that the store has hastily printed out sheets of paper stating they will not be open until 11:30am.
I waited until they opened and went into the store to place my order.
They were not fully stocked on all the normal menu options (aka peppers and brown rice)
When i got to the register, I added a bag of chips to my order and went to pay, the gentlemen that was working the register, he claimed he didnt charge me for the bag of chips and I said thank you and held my hand out for the receipt. He fumbled for the recipe and as he read it handed me a larger soda cup.
As I left the store, I noticed the receipt he had given me was for the customer before me.
Overall, it was a rather frustrating experience and not one that I usually recieve from that location. I am inclined to not any fault with the staff as they looked to be thrusted into completing a very large catering order on what looks to be short notice. The food was good per usual, however, I feel some policies were either not followed for handling catering orders, or the company procedure for handling large catering orders is flawed.

I would much rather have talked to someone at chipolte, but I was unable to find a number to call to talk to a human about it as Chipotle's ai chat bot "Pepper" is less than helpful on dealing with anything other than online orders it seems.

Dear "Owner" that responded to my review with a copy paste answer: Ive already done that and haven't gotten any response.... I have had a significant increase in spam robo calls since being forced to input my phone number when filling out the form that you are talking about. I wonder if there is any correlation to that?

if i could leave zero stars i would. we ordered online for two bowls both of them double chicken and guacamole. 45 dollars plus tip. upon opening up the bowls our orders had no more than 3 pieces of chicken and it was literally DRENCHED with the liquids of the beans it literally looked like bird food. i would have expected this if we had ordered 3 minutes before close but we literally ordered at 7pm. we drove all the way there just to get a manager to look at the order and asked if they would eat this for dinner. He sat there and tried to argue about why it looked like that and that there was chicken in the order. we had asked for a refund but instead he rather argued about it. Horrendous customer service. did said refund behind their noses and not to mention the employees sat there with smug faces . when i look over to the person ordering in line their bowl was neatly done and FULL packed with food. interesting how it works when you order online. thought this was the end of it but when we were leaving to get to the car one of their employees had the audacity to stand there and dance childishly mocking us. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Take the accountability that your service and quality of food is not up to par. Not to mention we never ordered from this location before the app just happened to send our order there. Never going back and i advise others not to either. Management looks super poor too, shouldn’t allow teenagers to be working such a role if you can’t take a customer service business seriously.
