Affordable Comfort installed my new system yesterday and I could not be more pleased. Chris Pink was our sales person and was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and responsive on all matters. Highly recommend him for any inquiries if you’re considering a new unit.
Our team of installers included Emmet Ivanco, Matthew Ross and Matthew Fischer. All arrived in a timely manner, were polite, respectful of the space and spoke to me about the process and options. I felt very comfortable leaving this team to do their job and I was not wrong. Everything was completed efficiently and any follow up questions I had were answered. The whole experience was great. Matt came to assess my needs and was super knowledgeable - offering up the best solutions for my needs. When I made my decision the office was very accomodating to my schedule and the installers came today. Super lovely guys. They were very professional and so thoughtful. They told me in advance the process and even went out to grab new breakers for me. They showed me what how it worked and what I should and shouldn’t do when swapping over between seasons. Honestly it was such a great experience. I highly recommend them.

Affordable Comfort exceeded my expectations. I called at 8:30 a.m., and by 1:00 p.m. they were at my home providing a quote for a new air conditioner. The installation was completed the very next day.

The service was excellent from start to finish. Dan and Taylor were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions and made everything easy and stress-free.

Today my technician from Affordable Comfort was Matt. He was punctual and got to work after introducing himself. He was here to replace a part in my a/c unit and checked to ensure everything was working. He noticed a temperature difference in his readings. He clearly explained the issue and possible causes and solutions. I feel the service I received was outstanding and I’m very appreciative that the a/c is now working. I had a new furnace and a/c put in by Affordable Comfort last fall but it was too cold to enable the air conditioning to test out. Just had my a/c install completed by Miles Hunter. He was friendly, professional and on time. Took a few moments to greet my exuberant dog. Kind enough to explain some of the more technical details when I asked questions. He also identified that my furnace filter was badly in need of a change and was prepared with a new one in his van. He was able to swap it out on the spot and had the app for me to do payment available. Very convenient. So far all my experiences with affordable comfort and their staff have been top notch!

After recently signing up with Affordable Comfort for their annual maintenance program, we had 3 devices inspected by Mathew (Furnace, Gas Fireplace & HRV). I was impressed with his professional and overall knowledge of everything thoroughly inspected. He shared valuable tips to ensure optimal performance. He found that our humidifier was not working (and probably hasn’t for a while), ordered the part and will be back in a couple weeks to repair. I am very happy and would highly recommend Affordable Comfort and their technician Mathew Jones!

Jesse Barkley came to investigate our noisy AC Unit this past summer, and right from the time he arrived, he was very thorough and efficient in explaining every step he took to diagnose the issue. He told us about all potential reasons for the problem, and was bang-on in identifying and correcting the problem. Jesse was very personable and polite from start to finish, and answered all our questions before and after the repair. We would highly recommend Affordable Comfort and Jesse in particular. ✱ As an update, I would like to reiterate our utmost faith in Jesse as we had another issue with our furnace today, and once again, he was very efficient and explained every step he took to rectify the issue. We can't say enough good things about Jesse.
