I’ve had such a wonderful experience with this apartment community! The property is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. A special thank you to Julissa, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! She was so kind, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help and answer any questions we had. She made everything so easy and stress-free. You can truly tell she cares about the residents and goes above and beyond. I’m so excited to call this place home! Highly recommend!

My family and I have lived here for over a year, and our experience has been truly wonderful. Overall, the staff, neighbors, and amenities have all exceeded our expectations.
The pool is fantastic, the two-story gym is incredibly well maintained, and the business center is excellent. They even have a pool table area on the second floor, which adds a great touch to the community amenities.
The staff is always welcoming and attentive. Nicole from the office is extremely responsive and always replies within minutes whenever we have a question or concern. Domingo, Carlos, and the entire maintenance team are outstanding and consistently provide exceptional service.
It is also a gated community, and parking has always been readily available, which is a huge plus.
I would absolutely recommend The Pointe of Lakeside to anyone looking for a comfortable, well maintained, and friendly place to live.

I have been living in this condominium for nearly three years. On more than three occasions, I have sought assistance regarding matters related to harmonious community living, and I have received excellent service from the manager's assistant—specifically, Ms. Natali. Her interactions with me and the rest of my family have been cordial, respectful, and kind. She has responded to my needs immediately. Ms. Natali has been very pleasant and empathetic. I have recommended this condominium to my family and friends as a place to live. Many thanks!
